Consistent with our commitment to sustainability, we do not use herbicides and seek to minimize the use of pesticides in the maintenance of our vineyard. 

We have accomplished this by investing in a specialized tractor which is equipped with a hoe which mechanically clears weeds under the vines.

The tractor also operates a vertical mower which trims vine leaf overgrowth, thereby exposing the fruit more efficiently to the drying effects of sunlight.
