Our orchard is relatively small in scale and is designed in keeping with our principles for sustainable land use and to enhance the beauty and economic viability of the property.
Although relatively small in scale, our 2-3 acres of peach and apple trees provide plentiful peaches in late June and apples from August until October.
Maintained as sustainably as the region will permit, the appearance of our apples would not necessarily appeal in your grocer’s display case, but their flavor and crispness more than compensate for their lack of uniformity. Unable to consume all at harvest, much of our production is canned or frozen for subsequent consumption.
